WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME FOR MY PCR TEST APPOINTMENT?

You will need to bring the following:

​

- Passport number

- Flight details

- Flight number

- NHS number (if known)

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE SYMPTOMS?

​

This test is NOT suitable for anyone with cold or COVID-19 symptoms. Please either call us or login to cancel your test.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms get an NHS coronavirus (COVID-19) test from www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test and self-isolate until you get the results.

CAN I REARRANGE MY PCR TEST APPOINTMENT ONCE BOOKED?

​

Yes - subject to appointment availability.

​

Give us call on 01372 464007 to request a re-schedule.

Alternatively, you can create a member profile (press on the green circle with the man in the right corner), once you sign up you will be able to view your booking and reschedule subject to availability.

HOW DOES MY PCR TEST SAMPLE GET COURIERED TO THE LAB?

​

For PCR test appointments, we will obtain your sample and courier it to the laboratory on your behalf.

WHAT ARE LATEST GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR ARRIVAL INTO ENGLAND?

​

WHERE CAN I PARK ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?​

​

There is free parking around Esher High Street and behind The Bear Hotel, situated opposite the pharmacy, where you can park for up to 2 hours.
