​​REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

On site appointment bookings: full refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation. We can only offer 50% refunds for cancellation requests made thereafter - this is due to loss of income for that time slot.

Delivery orders: delivery orders are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Collection orders: full refunds for cancellation requests made pre-collection. Orders are non-refundable once the order has been collected.
